Michelle Ryang joined the CMC board in 2022 after her children enjoyed many seasons in CMC’s summer chamber music and orchestra programs. She has worked in the record business for over 25 years and currently is the Senior Vice President, Head of A&R Administration & Operations at Sony Music Entertainment. Michelle has also served on the Westside Soccer Board as the Scholarship Director. She graduated from Barnard College with a BA in music and participated in the Barnard-Julliard program where she studied flute with Carol Wincenc. Michelle was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and currently lives in Washington Heights with her husband, David Frost and their children, Zoe and Griffin.
